Orchard Orders — Support

Orchard Orders is a fruit-order puzzle: clear connected fruit while meeting two harvest quotas and a score target. It has no timer, no ads in the game and nothing to buy. If something is not behaving, here is the short list — and a human address at the bottom.

How to play

Tap any group of two or more touching fruits of the same kind. The first tap highlights the group and shows what it is worth; tap it again to clear it. Two taps rather than one sounds fussy but saves a lot of misfires once the board is dense.

Scoring rewards patience heavily: a group of n fruits is worth 5 × n². One ten-fruit clear is 500 points, while two five-fruit clears are only 250. The board collapses downward and then leftward after every clear, so breaking a big cluster early usually costs you more than it gains.

Levels and the end-of-level bonus

Your score carries over between levels and each level asks for more of it. Clear the target before you run out of legal moves. When the board dries up, whatever is left on it decides your bonus — the fewer fruits remaining, the bigger it is, and clearing the board completely is worth 2000 points.

The three buttons at the bottom

Hammer removes a single fruit. Brush repaints one fruit to any colour you pick. Shuffle rearranges the whole board, and it will never shuffle you into a dead board. Each starts with three uses and you earn one more every time you clear a level; if you run out, a single use costs 50 coins.

Common questions

Do I need an internet connection? No. Every level runs on the device, so the game works in airplane mode, on a plane, on the underground. The app does include a component that talks to our server when there is a connection — see the privacy policy — but nothing about playing depends on it.

Where did my progress go? It lives only on the device, with no account and no cloud backup. Deleting the app erases it permanently and it cannot be restored from our side. A new phone starts fresh.

There is no sound. Check the speaker button on the home screen or the Sound row in the pause menu, then check the phone is not on silent. On iOS, audio sometimes needs one tap inside the game before it starts — that is an iOS rule, not a bug.

Can I turn off the vibration? Yes — the second round button on the home screen, or the Vibration row in the pause menu.

Are there ads or things to buy? Neither. No ad is ever shown to you while you play, and there is no purchase, no subscription and no paywall anywhere — coins are earned by playing and are only spendable in the game.

I am stuck on a level. After failing the same level three times, a Skip button appears on the game-over screen. It costs coins, and it exists so a bad board cannot wall you off permanently.

Still stuck?
