Calculators
Answer-first, with the assumptions written down instead of hidden.
- Mortgage Payment Calculator Work out your real monthly mortgage payment including property tax, insurance, HOA and PMI
- Auto Loan Calculator Calculate your car payment including sales tax, trade-in and fees, and see the total interest over the loan
- Compound Interest Calculator See how savings grow with compound interest and regular monthly contributions
Why these show their working
Most online calculators give you one number and no explanation. That is fine when the number is trivial and dangerous when it is not: a mortgage estimate that quietly omits property tax, insurance and PMI can be 30% below what you will actually pay every month.
Each calculator here breaks the result into its components, states its assumptions in the text below it, and updates live as you type. Where a simplification is made — PMI estimated at 0.7%, sales tax applied after the trade-in credit, contributions added at month end — it is written down on the page rather than buried.
These are estimates for planning, not financial advice. Your lender sets your actual terms.
