Pocket Galaxy — Support

Pocket Galaxy is a relaxing idle game: tap a galaxy to gather stardust, buy cosmic bodies that produce it automatically, and go supernova for a permanent boost. There is no timer, no ads in the game and nothing to buy. If something is not behaving, here is the short list — and a human address at the bottom.

How to play

Tap the galaxy to gather your first stardust. Spend it on cosmic bodies — dust clouds, comets, moons, planets, stars, nebulae, quasars and a galactic core — and each one makes stardust every second, so production runs on its own. Owning more of a body reaches milestones that double its output, and the ×1 / ×10 / Max buttons let you buy in bulk.

Offline progress and going supernova

Does it keep going while it's closed? Yes — that is the point. When you come back, the stardust your galaxy made while you were away is banked for you, up to an offline cap you can raise with an upgrade.

What does supernova do? When a run is big enough, you can detonate it. You lose the bodies but keep star cores, and every core makes your next galaxy grow faster, permanently. Each reset is quicker than the last — it is the long-term hook, not a punishment.

Common questions

Do I need an internet connection? No. Everything runs on the device, so the game works in airplane mode. The app does include a component that talks to our server when there is a connection — see the privacy policy — but nothing about playing depends on it.

Where did my progress go? It lives only on the device, with no account and no cloud backup. Deleting the app, or using Reset progress in Settings, erases it permanently and it cannot be restored from our side. A new phone starts fresh.

Can I change the look? Settings → Appearance. It can follow your phone, or be pinned to light or dark.

Can I turn off sound or haptics? Yes — both have their own switches in Settings.

Are there ads or things to buy? Neither. No ad is ever shown while you play, and there is no purchase, no subscription and no paywall anywhere — cores and upgrades are earned by playing.
